Heart to Heart Services is a business geared towards meeting the needs of people. From tax preparation to notary services, I have more than 20 years of experience in management and customer relations. At the top of the pyramid is tax preparation, which remains the focal point of the business. I have functioned as an experienced tax preparer, tax school instructor, former manager of two local tax offices, new manager & franchisee instructor, and a compliance officer. The goal of the business is to provide professional service and exceed the expectations of its’ clients.
 

The name of the business is derived from the belief that in order for any need to be met, a “heart to heart” conversation is necessary. Once the expectation has been set, plans are put in motion to render the best service possible.
